How long is an OT evaluation?

A general OT assessment takes 2-3 hours of direct 1:1 time with your child and includes a written report and a caregiver meeting.

 

How long is a feeding evaluation?

A feeding assessment takes 1-1.5 hours of direct 1:1 time with your child and includes a written report and a caregiver meeting.

How often does my child come to therapy?

OT sessions are typically 1x/week for 50 minutes.

Feeding sessions are typically 1-2x/week for 30 or 50 minutes. 

 

How long will my child be in therapy for?

The actual duration varies based on individual needs, progress, and the specific therapeutic approach.
